I can’t wait to get a new camera! I took these a few months back and i randomly found them today. He got his tattoos done at American Pride Tattoos ( i think that’s the name) on Woodward in Berkley.

Hey Hey hey, It’s Ariana!! I haven’t been posting on the site lately because my beloved camera, Lucy, was kidnapped on the brutal,cold,dark eastside (of Detroit that is) a few weeks ago. *tear*. I shall never see her again. My life these few weeks have been dedicated to police reports (yea, my car was smashed to get the camera) and gathering money yada yada yada. I miseed yet another Tattoo convention this weekend (1st Annual “I’m Addicted to Ink” 2010 Tattoo Convention and Trade Show at the Russell Industrial Projects– look it up)

But I didn’t want to start lagging completely so….. I have a few tattoo photos I collected off the internet that might inspire you until  I get a new camera.

‘Ello there! Went to Bora Bora Ultra Lounge (in Dearborn)  this past Thursday and some of the awesome staff flashed me some ink in the kitchen:

Bora Bora has a variety of hot events constantly going on in their establishment. I went to Arabic night last Thursday.  The staff was awesome! Thanx for sharing guys!!

So, while I was hanging out with Ashley this past weekend, I ran into my future husband (I have a lot– I should move to Utah…anywho…) who goes by the the name of Shawn from Chicago. I was paying for gas and I was instantly turned on by the varieties of tattoos on his person. He shared with us that he had just left the 15th Annual Motor City Tattoo Expo (that we missed because I was not on my A-game) and that he lost the artist competition ( I don’t see how because his work seemed flawless to me). Well Shawn, you may have lost your contest, but you definitely won my artist heart! Kudos to you.

Hey I’m Ari — though I like the name Charlie. It’s the best androgynous name on the planet. Pick a name, it’s all me.  I just wanted to start off saying that I’m very glad to be here and I’m so excited about this movement, I know this going to be such a positive influence on the young folks of Detroit. Imagine, a new renaissance era. Sweet. Congrats to Ashley and Shebella for jump starting this project. This energy is just what we need yo.

So apparently I’m the new friggin’ tattoo blogger… Alrighty then!! I can’t wait to meet all u tattooed lovers out there.
